Thanks..Its weak compared to my squat/dead...I should be benching over 405 right now but I have a nagging pec strain on the left pec that I never really took care of seriously which is holding me back from making serious progress... and the pec strain feels like a knot in my pec....
I definitely notice strength gain that why I do it..its a incline Hammer press but the way I do it is I come forward on the seat which makes it even harder
Definitely man...just keep pushing your limits and eat eat eat

315 with a pec strain is still good stuff man. Good to know you don't punk out of lifting when u get a bit of a niggle. Hope you recover soon.
