Looking for some advice on the best time daily and how much Agmatine to take.
I just ordered some SNS Agmtine 90caps from a online retailer who suposedly has it in stock. Hopefully anyways
My current supps:

GNC Creatine Mono
USP Modern BCAA
CL White Flood
ON HydroWhey
I am also considering DAA.

I work out in the late evenings. It seems like its not a supplement that is necessarily to take at any certain time from the array of experiences I see. I will probably get another bottle....lol. I didnt realize how much anyone takes so I just figured one bottle last me a month doing a 4 day workout week.
Beginning I think I will start with 4 caps in the mid day on workout days.
Maybe expand that and try on non-workout days and see how it makes me feel.
Much appreciated and I cant wait to try something new

WhooHoo!! Got a package in the mail thins morning...My Agmatine
I think I am going to start taking 2 cap this morning and 2 more later B4 workout. Maybe do 4 at one time later on after I see how it does on my stomach with just the 2.
Reading feedback and how others supplement it, I think with my workout time being very late in the evening, its best for me to start this way. Appreciate the input and I tried to rep everyone who replied. Apparently theres a limit on how much rep for 24hrs time. I gave too much. lol

ive been using 1500mg of sp/primaforce powder 30 minutes pre-workout with 8g citmal, 2g lclt, 3g taurine, and 1 scoop of atomic 7 for flavoring. and 750mg with breakfast on off days and its been pretty epic. i use the amounts i do because primaforce uses a 750mg scooper. i think it would be great if they could change that to a 500mg scooper as 1g is enough and 500mg is enough for off day doses so it would extend the life of the tub thus drawing more appeal to the product in my opinion. but then there would be a slight stab to refill orders. 100g sizes would be great too since there is tons of empty space in the 30g tub i actually bought 3 and dumped them all into the one container. maybe offer 50-60g tubs for 20-30 bucks instead of 30g for 12-16? just an observation.

Well I have used Agmatine on and off for several years, ever since the beginning of Blueprint from MAN sports came out. I have taken it in different ways...
1. every day(workout & off days) first thing in the morning = 1 gram + 300 R-ALA or 1 gram
2. pre-workout only = 500-1000 mg
3. before bed (500-750mg)
4. post-workout (500mg)
It depends what you are looking for from it. If you just want the vaso effect temporarily, then take only on pre-workout days.
If you want better recovery, quality of sleep(deep), endurance, mood(overall feeling), libido, vascularity and 24/7 muscle fullness, I suggest every day first thing in the morning on an empty stomach(500-1000mg). You will notice these effects after 7-10 days of consistent use and by the end of 3 weeks it will become pronounced. I usually go on 8-12 weeks on and 4-6 weeks off for this dosing protocol, this is my favorite protocol and the best for me.
Taking it before bed gives deeper sleep on the first dose.
Post-workout I noticed better recovery but then I rather just take it every day for this effect and get the other benefits as well. I honestly think for me, the best use of it is every day fist thing in the morning and I just adjust the dosage to 750mg a day.

Blueprint's focus IMO was geared towards body recomp. The R-ALA was added for insulin manipulation, nutrient partioning, vascularity. Personally I don't think it's needed but R-ALA has many other benefits. I use Na-R-ALA from SAN.

I just got some Genomyx Protocol a few days ago. As of now I have been taking 1G Agmatine (4 caps SNS) 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach and .5G Agmatine (2 scoops Protocol) post workout. I could always bump myself down to 2 caps SNS which would get me back to 1G Agmatine a day

So the SNS is 250mg and 4 caps a day is 1g. Yay I can do math
So if you take 4 of the SNS caps a day, then that is 22.5 servings since its 90 caps in a bottle.
Bottle cost me $25 of the SNS caps
Anyways, I was thinking about changing up to the bulk powder you can get. I found powder form bulk for 50g for $30. So that's 50 servings (over double) for just $5 more!
My question is 1.How do you guys measure your supplements out that come this way? and 2. is there any difference in taking it like that (stomach cramps, bloating, etc) ?
