You could walk around the gym just talking to people! Those guys have huge jaws...it's the only muscle group they seem to be working out on a regular basis!

While there are jaw muscles, your jaw is still a bone and you cannot SHAPE your jaw muscles.... Just like how you can't turn your bicep into a triangle.

No.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Unless I am mistaken, the size of your jaw is basically a genetic formation. You either have it or you don't. A way to probably get a PRONOUNCED jaw, would be lower body fat. I know there are exercising like .. chewing gum, but coming from a person with TMJ - yeah, don't do alot of that. Pain for the rest of your life.
My 2 cents.__
Current Stuff I Take:
Dymatize ISO: Banana
Optimum Whey Gold Standard: Coffee
Optimum Whey Turbo Chocolate

What I want:
Rogue R6 & All the pretty accessories.
Rogue Bumper Plates, 160 more lbs!
Commercial Trainer, Cable Stacks
Anything & everything basically.

While i do not advocate the use of illegal supplements, i have heard people who use HGH can increase the size of their jaw, but then again everything else is growing as well, such as internal organs etc...

There is something you can do to build it up but you can only do this exercise in the showers. Ask a guy who is working out if the two of you can wash each other's backs after the lifting session, then wink at him. If he winks back you can go train your jaw for 20 minutes in the showers and of course, he's gonna want to train his jaw too so remember that, you have to add an additional 40 minutes to your gym time.
Look under your chair. YOU GET A REP, AND YOU GET A REP, REPS FOR EVERYONE! If I get a rep, you get a rep, every time. Give me a link to make my life a little easier.
If you don't give me a link and you didn't post in the thread you rep'd me in, I'm not gonna go searching for you. I'll get everyone on recharge.

Front neck flexion exercises work the muscles that close and open your mouth. I doubt you can make the actual jaw-bone bigger but working the muscles that attach to it might give the desire effect.

A lot of the muscles are too deep and many of them are pretty thin and flat. They are also covered by quite a bit of fat. I can't remember seeing anyone with ripped jaw muscles. I don't see them getting significantly bigger by targeting them. They probably get a little bigger just by lifting heavy and also with neck exercises where you tense them up. I wouldn't waste my time though trying to target them with isolation exercises, lol.

Why do people ask questions in a forum full of other equally clueless individuals trying to give their immature opinions like the "ummm no" typical retarded response from people who think they know everything yet always respond in a closed minded negative response.
Look, where there's a will there's a way! Don't listen to potato heads. I remember as a teenager asking doctor after doctor after retarded doctor is there was a way to change my body composition and the typical response was "No you're just born that way and there's nothing you can do to change it." I repeat, they said there was NOTHING I could do. Well guess what? I started working out and bodybuilding and in a matter of a year or two my body looked totally different. DON'T LISTEN TO NEGATIVE PEOPLE!!! and DON'T ASK STUPID PEOPLE!!! Do your research and come up with you're own ideas. When there is a will.. there is always a way. Remember Christopher Columbus was almost imprisoned for suggesting that the world was round to the top geographers of the day. I bet they felt really stupid when he came back from his world trip and said... "ROUND!"

Given that your profile says you are 145lbs, then I would say that your jaw will not be able to change shape. It would be a different case if you were overweight and had fat on your face because once you lost weight, your true jawline would be exposed. Although you wouldn't be able to shape it much. There are jaw muscles right below the ear lobes, although I haven't heard of anyone that has built them...chew lots of gum possibly :P

You can make your jaw muscles bigger, but it comes with a price! You will most likely develop bruxism, and trust me that is something you do not want to deliberately give yourself.

Facial muscles
There are muscles all over the body, especially in the face. So this IS about body building - you can build the muscles on your face and change the look of your face that way.
There are three "main muscles" that make the chin look bigger. They are called the Depressor labii inferioris, Depressor anguli oris and Mentalis.
If you want your chin to be not wider but sharper you have to train the Mentalis. But as it comes to a bigger jaw, you should concentrate on training the Depressor labii inferioris and Depressor anguli oris, as they have the most to do with your chin's width.
Depressor labii inferioris lowers your bottom lip - it always used when you lower your bottom lip. So this is where to target in your jaw exercising, lowering your bottom lip. This muscle is used in everyday life and therefore I suggest you to train the muscle once or twice a week before you go to sleep so it has the whole night to recover and does not affect your everyday facial expression. And as it comes to the exercise, you should try lowering your bottom lip as low as possible for as many reps as possible.
Depressor anguli oris is associated with frowning. I would not exercise this muscles as the movement needed for exercising it is commonly linked to the forehead's wrinkles. But if you want to train it; bring your eyebrows together as close as possible and move them upwards as high as possible and return.
Also having a more sculptural face makes your chin appear wider - this can be reached by lowering your body fat percentage.
