my average food intake is this. #1 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs 1/2 cup oats with some brown sugar (or grits)
#2 4-6ounces chicken or lean beef or tuna 1/2 cup brn rice or 4 onc.yam(plain) or 4 onc red skin potatoe plain 1/2 green beans or 2 cups salad
#3 same as above
#4 probolic whey protein and fruit preworkout
#5 probolic whey and 3/4 tbsp. nat. p.b. post
#6 same as #2 with a sugar free pudding cup (my guilty pleasure)
should i make any changes in diet and what is the best way to lose fat through cardio high intensity or low. i currently walk 30 - 40 min with a incline of 6 and a speed of 3.2 or so. i try to stay in the fat burning range according to the treadmill's calculations. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. i thank you for your time and effort.
Don't even ask for macros you phucks!

Hi everyone,
Chris is out at the moment so I'll be taking over for him with my 30 years of Bodybuilding Science from the University of Cutler.
You're young. Your information = invalid. Mine is based on hard, anecdotal evidence. I have done muscle biopsies on Ronnie Coleman.
You want HOTROX EXTREME (non-extreme version will give you non-extreme result) or Lipo-6 black because if it ain't black then you'll never go back.
You don't need a fat burner but you need to walk slower.
Foist, your cardio is too difficult. You're out of the fat burning zone because you took it from an intensity of 2 to an intensity of 11 with your incline.
Second, you don't have enough meals.
Third, fruit pre-workout makes you fat. You need a slow digesting carb such as sweet potatoes or 150% WW bread. Also, your post-workout is AWFUL. You've stalled on muscle gain, right? Well, this is why. The natty pb is slowing down the digestion of the whey. Make sure you're taking dextrose.
Fourth, your last meal is ruined by that sugar-free pudding. Sugar-free stuff is viewed as sugar, so your insulin is through the roof. That's pure fat storage right there.
Lastly, your first meal is a disgrace. No yolks and no brown sugar. If it tastes good then spit it out.
Neither. You need to eat like the above and then you're a real bodybuilder.
Look double above. Also, he is on cell-tech, new-tech, old-tech, glycogen-tech, and many more other "techs." Thank you for your Q.
This is simply false. Chris is a mastermind with all people from noobs to boobs. If you want to be a pro then you gotta eat and train like a pro.
Thank you all for your inquiries. I am glad to be of service and look forward to make you all look like Jay Cutler unassisted.
Chris Aceto Jr. over and out.“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

I actually hadn't noticed at all. When he first started his thread, I was in there a couple of times until I realized where he was actually coming from.
Because of the fact that he refuses to discuss or debate any of his advices, I just don't really have any use for anything he says.No brain, no gain.
