Sup bro's! I've been on the EC stack for 15 days now and decided to throw in a cortisol controller. I’ve done my fair share of looking at reviews on the net and everyone seems to have had good results with this protocol. I know what I got out of the Lean Xtreme/EC stack, so it would be nice to get an idea of which product works better (for me). I'm on the Palumbo Diet and will be running this stack for 6 weeks, tapering down to 50mg of Suppress-C a day during the 6th week.*

Feeling pretty good today, I woke up this morning and noticed increased vascularity in my arms. I'm not giving the Suppress-C credit for this, being as it's only been 24hrs since my first application, but it's nice to see. I got chest/tris/shoulders/abs today, gotta kill it to get the week started! The smell on the Suppress-C is a little odd, it's like a citrus-menthol aroma.

Thanks for stopping in, I'm hoping I get some nice results out of this stack. I've been told that it won't disappoint, so hey we'll see. This is my first Comp. Edge Labs supp that I've ever taken, don't have the balls to try a prohormone...YET! Personally, I'd rather stick myself with Test E or Sust 250 for my first trip to the darkside before I took anything oral, but to each their own. Maybe one day I'll venture into that direction and give CEL's PH's a try because I've got friends that have seen good results with some.

Today was super tough for me. I craved everything today it seemed like, from sunflower seeds to plain ol' bread. I also felt tired earlier in the day, around 4pm I started yawning like every 5 minutes. My dry mouth wasn't that bad today but my lips are dried up, almost to the point where they are chapping. Still had a pretty productive workout, and finished every set strong.

Today was by far the best workout of the week, absolutely killed my biceps and back! Cravings were pretty much non-existent and I've had an "Alpha Male" feeling all day, especially in the gym. I saw some logs where some people said they experienced a skin rash from the Suppress-C but I haven't experienced such.

I thought so too, apparently I'm in a HUGE cal deficit yet my strength/stamina has remained the same. My vascularity is improving each day it seems, as I've never really been garden-hosed vascular. Currently I'm getting in 225-250gr of PRO, (-)20gr of CHO (all indirect of course), & (+)85gr of FAT, so somewhere in between 1,700 - 1,900 cals a day.
As far as food goes, I'm pretty plain and whenever I diet I don't really mix my food choices up until later down the road, so that part of the log is probably boring ha. But next Saturday I'll be having my cheat meal and I'll post some pics because my new phone should be in by then.
***Are the 2 places that I'm applying the Suppress-C the best areas to do so? I read where some were using the top of their feet as the location to apply the Suppress-C and were experiencing some good gains.Last edited by pYUNEit; 08-21-2011 at 09:08 AM.

Today sucked. I didn't get any sleep last night thanks to my chest. I was laying on my side while sleeping, and when I rolled over I immediately felt a sharp pain in the middle of my upper chest. It feels almost like my chest needs to be popped. It still hurts right now as I type this, so obviously I wasn't able to workout today at all. I talked to a nurse and she thinks it's either a pinched nerve or a strained muscle. Has this ever happened to anybody else? I won't ever be laying on my side in my sleep again!!!

I recently developed the rash that some people experienced from this stuff. It first started out as an unbelievable itch and the next thing I know my arms were welped! So needless to say, I'm stopping the Suppress-C. It's pretty disappointing considering that it seemed to be doing it's job. I was starting do dry up some and I was starting to get the Alpha-Male feeling in the gym each time I hit the weights.
I started the stack at 195lb's and today I'm down to 182lb's and more vascular then what I was when I started. My next log will be in November and I'll be mega-dosing the original X-Factor, so if y'all want to follow up on me then keep an eye out for it.Palumbo Diet Log
