hi peeps first thread or post what ever you call it ,, been trainning for 3 years past year been training hard, will post before and after pic went from a fat 17 stoner to just under 14st muscle , sorry british!!! any way just wanted to see what you guys thought of this,i have done the transformation all myself it been hard but i have kept motivated. I have just cut to a good weight and am looking to now add more lean muscle,,im 25, sorry if this is the lamest post/thread ever took my a coulpe of months to actually pluck up courage to do it,, thanks in advance,, love the site and everyone that contributes,,

chicken breast
wholemeal wrap

6pm/ postworkout
2 scoops whey
glutimine
8pm
steak,salad
4 bcaa
9pm
fruit
any critisms or praise for anything will be much appreciated
