This board (which was just created thanks to Ryan) is for all of the PLing/Strongman/Strength athlete members to post their workouts on to recieve critique. Please post all workout journals here, and ONLY journals.
Some basic rules.
1) If you have a question ABOUT POWERLIFTING, post it on the main board. This is for JOURNALS, not questions.
2) Please post only your workouts, and dont create nonsense threads.. it makes it alot easier to read the workouts, and keep up with them. Anything that is not a lifting or lifting related journal will be deleted.
3) Keep the flaming to a minimum. We usually dont have a problem with this here, because we have mostly responsible people posting here, so this shouldnt be much of an issue.
4) Critique everyones workouts that you can! The most critique you get, the better you can improve. If you see something blatantly wrong with the workout(in your opinion) say it. Maybe they'll agree with you. At the same time, be respectful in how you do it. If you want your journal posted in, post in others. If yours IS posted in, try to post in theirs. It's common courtesy.
that's about it for the updated rules, basically just keep in on topic, it's pretty easy to do here I wanna keep the PL/SM and journals one of the best forums on the boards.
