Infinitely Awesome Cutting Stack Day 5!

    4/8/11

***Sorry this is going to be pretty plain looking... Its late and I'm just trying to get these in since I'm a little behind from my minor surgery today***

    DOSING:

Due to my surgery I couldnt take both doses today so I only took one around lunch time which included: Phenyl Core (1), Carnitine MTX (1), BCAAS (3), multivitamin (1), HSN (1), and folic acid (2).

    MENU:

    Breakfast (after surgery):Special K cereal w/skim milk
Lunch: 1 whole turkey breast and 1 cup of green seedless grapes
Dinner: 3oz sweet potato fries and 4oz of bbq chicken breast
2nd Dinner: 3oz sweet potato fries and 4oz of bbq chicken breast
    Snack: handful of almonds

**Because of my surgery and not getting to eat until later in the day I felt pretty darn hungry!!! The first dinner was as soon as I got back from the gym. I didnt have my protein shake with me because I went straight from an appointment. By the time I got home I was hungry and figured getting my protein in from food would be better for me anyway.

    MACROS:

Total Cals: 1543 (told ya I was hungry!)
    Fat: 33g
    Protein: 172g
    Carbs: 141g

    PERCENTAGES:

    Protein: 44.42%
    Carbs: 36.41%
    Fat: 19.17%

I was just slightly off my macros... I honestly expected it to be way worse than this with my surgery and everything that happened. Pretty proud of myself for doing this good amidst all the chaos of today!

WORKOUT: (Yes I was goofy enough to workout post op today!)

    Lat Raise 3x10 @50lbs
    Lat Pulldown 3x10 @50lbs
    Calf raises 3x10 w/ 50lbs resistance
    Shrugs 3x10 @50lbs
20 minutes on the stair climber

**I was suppose to do ab work as well today but the Dr. sidelined me from any ab work for a week. He okayed everything else except ab work, high intensity cardio, and EXCESSIVE weight.

I cant effectively judge how I felt today because I'm not gonna lie I felt pretty crappy lol. Then again I did just have outpatient surgery... I'm fine though and it wasnt anything too serious and hasn't thrown me off track as far as my training goes. Tomorrow is my rest day and I'm suppose to goto my moms for a bonfire/cookout so I make no promises as to how awesome the macros will be... I'm going to try hard to stick to them but a cheat meal may just be in order for tomorrow...I'm thinking smores' lol.

Just to show you I'm still super excited and in good spirits I'll leave you with this....

teehee dont hate me I couldnt resist!

Wow! What a great song! I've never heard that one before. (/sarcasm)

I think the song "Crazy Bitch" is more appropriate for your antics.

Yeah well I do what I can

I had an IUD and it had imbedded in my uterus and needed to be removed. I'm really relieved that its gone too because honestly I think it was part of the reason I've had such a hard time losing weight... I've never had the issues on it with any other Birth control. I'm definetely rethinking working out like I did yesterday though...lol I didnt hurt yesterday but yeah I'm feeling the pain today. Glad its a rest day!

Great first week attacking the weights and dealing with the health issue. I would like to see an extra set done next week on everything before you start adding more weights to the bar. When you fail on not making all of your reps...you WIN!

Also be mindful of your rest times between sets. Squats takes like 3-5 minutes to catch your breath if you are hitting good intensity. And smaller muscles 1.5-3 minutes. If you want to push yourself the first month just shorten the rest times and you will pay dearly without risk of injury from adding to much weight.

Congratulations on the Juggernaut win! Documented here for your reference to remind me to send it near the end of your current stack! This place is going to rock like a Juggernaut!

so instead of 3 sets do 4? lol

God you guys are confusing the heck out of me! Mtfx tells me to up weight and take it from 15 reps to 10 now I'm suppose to up weight but dont up weight, do 4 sets instead of 3, and 10 istead of 15?

    My head hurts...lol

My advice is because it seems girls (no offense) can become afraid of heavy weights. What you want to do...I think the higher weight, lower reps is the way to go.

Volume on the other hand...that is up to you. 3-4 sets is what you want to aim for...also remember, this doesnt mean you have to strictly hold to 3 sets ONLY...if you are feeling it, go for another set. If you are repping out 10...11...and you feel it, do more, listen to your body.

Hey guys! Really sorry you havent heard from me on here! I sent Mtfx an email to keep him in the loop via my phone because this is the first I've had acess to a computer. Ok to give you guys an update. NO I have definetely not given up this endeavour in the least! As some of you may know I had to have some minor surgery a few weeks back... Well that minor surgery has now caused a bigger issue and I have been in the hospital for the past week and half. I'll spare you guys the details and just say that I've been in a lot of pain, lost a lot of blood, and these idiots that call themselves doctors still dunno whats causing it! I'm hoping, praying, and crossing my fingers that when I goto this specialist on thursday they can do something for me.

Now then I know you guys are probably wondering what the heck is going to happen to my log since all of this is going on... Well I'm not giving up on this endeavor! I fully intend to complete my log. Since I've already used some of the product (obviously) to do the first couple weeks I'm planning on purchasing another bottle of the Phenyl Core with my own money since thats the main thing that has been used. I still have PLENTY BCAA's and Carnitine MTX to do the log without having to restock and I havent touched the Oxidane X yet since I was waiting to do that after the Phenyl Core.

I'm really angry and upset that all of this crap had to happen when I was doing so good and feeling so excited and pumped up about this! You guys have no idea how frustrated and angry I've been. This was not suppose to happen it was suppose to be a very quick and easy procedure with no down time and NO COMPLICATIONS! I'm really hoping that they get this resolved sooner rather than later.

Once all is well I guess I'll pretty much Start the log over in here. Like I said I will buy another bottle of Phenyl Core with my own money to do this log right. I have no intentions of letting down Infinite Labs or any of you guys by doing a poor or half-assed log when IL was kind enough to give me a shot at doing this! All of you guys deserve better than that and I plan on delievering better than that! I miss logging and I've missed being on bb.com just talking to everyone!

Hopefully now that I'm out of the hospital I can be on here more and keep you guys more up-to-date. I would have kept everyone in the loop had I been able to do this on my phone but it will only let me send msgs to individuals not post on the forum. Again guys I'm really sorry that all of this has happened and I didnt mean to let you guys down or leave you hanging I've been really stressed out and worried about this log. Hopefully now everything will start to be on the up and up and I can get back to the gym and back to logging this within the next week. Thanks for following guys and sorry I've been M.I.A

Hey guys! Sorry I dissappeared again for a bit. I've been a little overwhelmed with dr appointments and school appointments and just lots of appointments in general! ()_() Anyways to update everyone! *fingers crossed* I finally have a clean bill of health and can resume training! YAYNESS!!! Even though I've been really busy with getting things taken care of with my doctors and my school (missed finals ) I've really missed going to the gym and working on my fitness! Glad I've finally got things taken care of for the most part and can jump back into it hardcore! I've missed you guys and I've missed logging and getting my hottness factor back! lol I'm all cleared to start working out again and I'm hoping to start over and start my routine and supplements on Monday. I've got a few more school appointments this week so I figured its best to start when I know I'm going to have free time so I can get in a good groove again. I'll repost all new stats and just sorta start over this log. Like I said before I'm going to order another bottle of the Phenyl Core with my money to make this log legit and really give it the all that it deserves! Cant wait to jump back into it!!!!

Welcome back Kitty, I'm pretty good at picking up the pieces after being derailed from my fitness goals. I have had bullet holes bust my leg. Car wrecks bust my hip. Pneumonia suck the life out of me. And the broken cheek a couple of months ago...It is all about DOING your BEST and not trying your best! No regrets and no worries about lifting. The plates are always gonna be there after the recovery. I have about 600 pounds of steel laying around and none of it ever walked off to another home.

Take some baby steps and work back in with 15-20 reps (lightish weights/last rep should burn)

    Kitty,

I know as well as anybody that opsticles can occur. Sometimes it's good for your body and your focus to take a step back and relax, getting stuff taken care of. This log is still epic! It's good to have you back and I look forward to seeing a bunch of your posts in here.
