Any one have any recommendations on which meal replacement shake is the best? I try to stick to food, but my health condition doesn’t always allow me to. I have Crohn’s Disease and I’m pretty limited on things I can eat from time to time. In the past year I’ve been trying to put on some weight and have been somewhat successful. I’m 28yrs old and my current weight is 155lbs and I was about 130lbs (most I ever weighed) a year ago. My health isn’t the best right now and I need something to supplement my food intake. Any recommendations will help, Thanks!

Pro Complex Gainer by Optimum Nutrition.
650 calories, 60g protein, and the banana cream pie flavor tastes amazing.

If you're looking for a gainer, just try and pick something that has no soy, and a quality carb source like oats (not maltodextrin, not sugar).
If you're looking for an MRP, lower cal than a gainer:
-Thermolife Vasolate
-Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide
-Golden Gains

Well you should ask your doctor first although i doubt a protein powder will have any effect on you.. but just to be sure, still you should ask a doctor before trying any supplement if you are not 100% sure especially if you have health conditions!
I have had SYNTHA-6 and its absolutely amazing! Although its expensive.. thats the only thing, but hey! You get what you pay for
Hope this helps!

Focus, concentrate, lift, rest adequately, repeat. No talking.
The only way you will get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent.
The only way you will get stronger is by training with a stronger partner.
If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.
