Just to add to this. Creapure is guaranteed to be completely pure. It's from Germany and companies can buy it and use it in their products. Other creatine you buy "may" be equally pure but it's all about trusting the company. If you 100% trust that a company does full testing on every single raw they get to assure purity then go ahead and buy their monohydrate as well. In this industry, however, that is not the norm.

The company that manufactures glycocarn released one which showed it had very little effect... was a rather odd study to see released by a company trying to sell a product. I don't have the link handy though. It hasn't gotten much attention for some reason though.
I'm not aware of any studies showing cycling is necessary. As with any supp it's prob wise to cycle it occasionally just to be safe. I recall in10city having a debate with someone about this and basically said he hasn't seen any evidence it needs to be (but admitted it wouldn't be a bad idea regardless). Has some new info come out recently on this topic?Latest Reviews:

Oh my.
Do you really base everything you have to say on if there is a "study" provided along with it?
Seems very short-sided.
If ever there was an example of over-reading and focusing on being too studious, rather than application of these "studies" to your own tangible results, you are it.

Can you post recent picture here for us to gauge your progress, young man? All of these links you post, and I notice you quite often correct others in numerous threads when they state something that contradicts all these "studies" that you embrace.
I thought I saw a picture of you not too long ago, that looked eerily similar to your avatar. You have apparently reviewed and rated a great many products in your time; surely, you have mustered some progression in the 18 months since your avatar was taken?
Please - make us believers, and show us all that undeniable progress you have accumulated! Your self-proclaimed knowledge simply demands showing the results!

I am not the one who continually and argumentatively proclaims that I am Mr. Study Expert, and so therefore I know more than you and you are doing it wrong.
If I did stroll around with such all-knowing countenance, I would surely post my picture for you to see.
No intention of derailing anything, buddy.
Au contraire - I have read a sufficient sampling of these links and also of Shadar's posts in various threads.
You say he is one of the most knowledgeable posters on these forums? Well, I would profoundly disagree.
I am not attempting to fight, or smear anybody here. It is just very logical, to me, that one with all of this self-confidence in his knowledge would have some equilaterally transformable and substantial results to show for his efforts and practice with such irrefutable knowledge.

Lying?
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...3&postcount=50
I saw this, as I said, not too long ago. In yet another thread where you are arguing with somebody - in this case, Snagency - whom I happen hold a great deal of respect for, and who has spent countless times with me guiding and shaping my efforts in training and dietary approaches. Not only has what he told me worked wonders for me, but I look better now than at any time since I was 25 years of age, when health problems and demands of my career wrecked any chance at physical improvement. The things I have learned and implemented from him have been life-changing. Yet, according to you, this guy is full of **** because he is not up-to-date on his studies, and you run around and attack him continually.
This will be the only reply you get, if you have a problem with me personally PM me like a grown-up.
Thank you for your guidance, but - much like all of your other "guidance" and "knowledge" - I think I will pass.
Somehow, since I am twice your age, I think I might possibly know a bit more of how to act "like a grown-up" than do you.
Although, I am sure you read it in a book or saw a study on "grown-ups" somewhere....

Oops, forgot the Agmatine. Added it.
Added links for Citrulline too but would still like a better link for Citrulline, one that is more all encompassing and explains the studies, etc. But for now it will do.
Also fixed up the quoting to give proper credit on the creatine thing, took out the redundant links, etc.Latest Reviews:

Just added ACES+B link to the vitamins section. Looking for that ultra long "Best vitamin" thread, was 10+ pages I think.
Also added two "Best Multi" threads that I remembered posting in way back. You can see my progression in knowledge between them. In one I knew very little, just a few very basic things. The other I was quite a bit more knowledgeable but still not quite all the way there.Last edited by shadar; 03-12-2011 at 10:40 PM.

I've asked V to update the original two posts with the updated lists. So any future updates to the lists will have to wait another week or two for the next update.
Should I add dates to the top of the lists to make it easier to verify their freshness?Latest Reviews:
