Woot! The first link to add to my list! If any rep is feeling frisky they should send this man some samples as a reward for being the first to add something to the list
I LOVE that thread, lots of fun! Adding it to my list now.

Hmm, do I have a good link for Creatine Loading? If not someone should find me a great thread or post on it with studies/etc backing it up like most of these have.
Can't wait for that! My nutrition links are lacking a bit. It might seem like I have a lot, but I'm sure I could have 5 times more easily.Latest Reviews:

He's saying creatine that doesn't dissolve before ingested is useless though...
I'm sorry i'm just not a fan of Will, and I just think there is enough misinformation here and people are gonna watch that video and we will have another bro-rumor.
but I do agree on the possible stomach issues.

Nope. Not even remotely accurate anymore, but I get kicks out of it. I think I was 145ish in it.
I fully get what you're saying. But I'm hoping the good outweighs the potential downside. If a whole crapload of stupid posts pop up soon I'll make sure not to include it in any future lists

It's simple really.
he posted 7250 posts a year, roughly.which translates to 20 posts a day, roughly. Each post takes two minues to type (tops), that's 40 minutes a day.
you see it's simple. i spend about 40 minutes a day pooping (multiple poops). So, with this convincing evidence, it is obvious.....
Shadar doesnt poop.I can do amazing things for your body composition. PM for more info.

Im tired of people asking about cyclic keto diets. I got all my info that I used for my cuts here
http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/tra...rmance-qa.html
yes I read andy's keto link to lyle's article as well, but I think its still warranted as good info for those that wont change
edit: also didnt realize the study was straight ketogenic low carb and not cyclic. this article still has a placeLast edited by EntropyIncrease; 03-02-2011 at 04:52 PM.
"Don't ask for a lighter load, ask for a stronger back."
If I buy milk from the grocery store and get it home only to realize that the jug is expiring tomorrow...I sure as hell am not driving to punch a farmer in the face and tip his cow over.
