Since i only watch like 2 shows a week on TV, im going to workout during the commercials. This is cuz im really bored right now and im about to watch LAst Comic Standing (great show btw).
First commercial:
So my thoughts are do some pushups (50-100 reps) and then crunches and then standing swirls with medicine ball for obliques.
Second Commercial:
Thinking ill do standing squats (use no weight and do them real slow) and then some lunges with no weight.
Third Commercial
Close hand pushups (for the tri's) then some medicine ball curls.
THEN REPEAT!!!!!!!
.... something to do while im bored during commercials.

its really funny when u go from doing lots of weight with low reps to just using mainly ur body weight and seeing how tired u get lol.
I got an insane pump last nite and felt through till this morning. seems wierd i know.
And the show was hilarious !
my favorite line last nite was: (this is not quoted perfectly)
"when i get nervous i shake a baby a little until it just starts crying, because a baby's cry takes away my nerves."
That sounds like a bad joke but how the guy said and how they showed that on TV made for a nice laugh.

so i did the workout for 5 innings today during the giants baseball game before i decided i had to take a dump from the anabolic pump (all this stuff does is make me sh!t all day long...... but sh!tting is one of my top 3 things to do )
After that i got horny thinking of naughty things sitting on teh toilet reading a book so i went to teh comp... and well you know......
Now im about to go to the gym to do a shoulder/forearms/little legs/speed bag/abs workout.
This retain 2 + AP = horny as hell ..... (also GF been gone for over 2 weeks now /cry)
.... forearms get a hell of a workout tho 6x a day !Max Raw Lifts: 1065lbs
