Well, think of it this way..if you lose weight until you're at like 12%bf, your arms will be smaller, but they will look way bigger! And bro, 20" arms cold aren't exactly small
No wonder you feel smaller, you're doing a keto diet, I think that would make anyone look flat.Training log

Amazing progress man. Probably the best log on BB.com
I know you're probably feeling a little insecure about all the size you lost but don't worry about it. You look much better than you did before and you're almost as strong (if not stronger)
Do not let your insecurities sabotage your progress. You're an all around better lifter, bodybuilder, athlete, and gym rat than you were before. Not to mention the obvious improvements in your health.
After I lost the hundred pounds, for the first time in my life I started to feel small. It was a really vulnerable feeling. I sabotaged myself. Started eating a **** load and doing SS. All the while thinking I was just bulking.
You're doing better than ever Bro. Keep up with it. And if you do start bulking, don't go over board. You don't need to.
Best of luck.R.I.P. Frvrmuscle
Goals by end of the year
3 plate bench
4 plate squat
5 plate deadlift

yeah, i need to lay off the coffee, i think thats a large part of the problem
yeah, the problem isnt my heart rate its the almost fainting part lol
**** freaks me out, while at the same time im kinda wanting to pass out just so i can brag.
thanks man i really appreciate it, i dont plan on bulking per say, at least not anytime soon, but at the end of the month im gonna raise my calories to 2500, 280 protein 270 carbs, chicken/rice/skim milk, and see if i cant lose some more fat while perhaps gaining some strength.
i doubt il gain muscle, but having carbs/creatine should help bloat up my muscles, and that will help set my mind at ease.

yeah, i actually kind of enjoy the light headed part, because it comes and goes so fast. its the breathing 3 breaths per second and still feeling like your inhaling helium or something because you realize you arent getting enough oxygen, and you are slowly getting closer and closer to passing out.
i really need to lay off the coffee and start swimming or something.
getting sick of having this feeling everytime i do a lot of volume on squats/deads/etc

just want to say i really appreciate all of you for commenting in here, its very encouraging, and as odd as it sounds having all of you see my work makes me want to work harder.
i dont keep a training log to keep track of my progress so much as i keep it because i know i will work harder and more consistently if i put my effort out there for others to see, because i know il only want to show work that im proud of.
so again, thanks to everyone who has posted in here, you are all partially responsible for any progress i make, because all of your posts really do have a very positive effect on what im trying to do here.
just thankful, not trying to start a internet group hug lol

it's aight. Training/motivation went through the roof, so did my fat. I followed my advice of 'eat everything' too seriously. I was literally eating about 8,000 calories a day, got up to 285lbs, thinking I looked good. Been doing a cut/re-comp for the last 10 weeks and got down to a depleted 235 @ 5'10"/11" ish. Look so much better though.

lol, glad i can be of help then
its not clen, this problem started months ago when i started taking jack3d on deadlift/leg days. it only happens when i do a lot of volume with short rest periods on heavy lower body compounds.
i ran out of jack3d, but i have been putting like 5 cups worth of instant coffee with vanilla whey pre workout, helps cut down the disgusting sweetness of vanilla muscle milk (costco)
i taked to a guy at my gym a few weeks ago and plan to give him the clen next time i see him, hopefully il spot him before the end of the month otherwise il just throw it out.
i did do a lot of reading on clen by the way, the defining factor was when someone said clen burns like 200 calories a day, and can make you lethargic when you train. just didnt seem like it would help as much as it hurt.
yeah i read up on using insulin, it sounded great, being able to eat/utilize more than normal, whats not to love.
but then i read that if you over eat it will make you gain fat really fast, and i scratched that idea.
awesome weight loss man, dropping a legit 40lbs of fat in 10 weeks is crazy as hell.
are you still using slin/planning to use it in the future?

Coffee is a lot worse about making your heart rate go crazy when you drink a lot at once. Try spacing it out more and you should be okay.
637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.

(2 shakes with like 2 tbs instant coffee each, 1 cup = 1 tsp roughly)
so thats what did it.

i did do 3 sets locking out, i just did 1 only locking out the last 2-3 reps like i always do it, to try and keep the strength i already have with that form
if i lockout i wont get as many reps, and while it will hit triceps harder, i wont be able to train as heavy on chest/shoulders.
id rather go heavy not locking out, and do a few sets locking out, and then train triceps.
when i move back to florida at the end of the month im gonna do a ****load of board presses, and hopefully will be stronger than ever in no time.
