Get back into the swing of things, your body is going to be a little haywire for a bit.
Up and down on weight and your lifts will come back in a week or two as long as you keep at it.
Just get back into the grind and keep on keeping on.

Man **** what other people say. I've dropped from 205 down to 162lbs, the majority of my lifts are just as high as they where when I started and the only reason the big ones are down is because I stopped working out for a couple months... almost 5 looking back at it.
So, **** that concept. It's limiting thinking. Go in there give your all push yourself just as you would on a bulk and do work.

So no gym today. I should have waited until I was back at 100% to work out, I have been just as sick as I was before the last 2 days. Feeling decent atm so prob tomorrow off then hopefully tues Ile be back.

:P Yeah, **** happens just have to work around it at times.
Maybe get some **** to do at home but nothing super serious.

sub'd. we have the same goals. I'm also doing keto and started cutting at about 207. Have you had a carb up recently? I've read other peoples logs where they actually get sick after having carb ups

awesome man! How long have u been on? And ya I skipped my carb up last week so I wouldnt feel as bad about eating Thanks food yesterday haha. Really didnt do bad anyway actually but I try to stick to whole grains normally so it was a little worse.
And ya man I HATE carb ups. I feel like total crap the entire time. I get very tired and feel weak and grouchy as hell. If it wasnt so important for muscle retention I would just skip them.Ya, I blog.
