    Took a month off

    I was so passionate about working out and making my diet good but I had some things happen (yeah excuses) and just lost motivation. I turned into my old self, sitting around eating junk playing video games complaining about how I need to go to the gym. I'm probably back down to like 140 lbs, nervous to weigh myself tonight. I'm back though baby. I could cry i'm so happy to finally have things back to the way they should be, and I plan on honestly working out like I never have before tonight and from now on. Just want everyone to know when you take time off and you think you can never do it again, you can get it back just believe and want it, no you need to need it.

    Glad you're back on the train brother, I've been on and off many times going from fat to fit to fat. Rinse repeat. I'm hoping this time will different, sticking around these boards has definitely helped me stay on top of the game though!

    I totally agree with ya man....it's like an alcoholic ...you slip up and fall off the wagon...you got to choices...continue to drink or hit bottom and start doing what's in your best interest...Brother we all fall...but remember this....If you feel yourself slipping again reach out for support...I'll be keeping positive thoughts for ya...Self
