I have to go with canned albacore tuna. Its like 26 grams of protein a can, and it's a great source of omega 3's. What's everyones favorite?

Steak or milk. Depends on my budget. Like other sources but rarely go over 50g/day from anything but these.

I would have to say grilled chicken breast!! depending on how many ounces it is that's an easy 60-70g of protein in the breasts i eat. 30g per 3.5oz of chicken

I can't really say I have a favorite but most of my protein comes from chicken.

I love it. Started watching during the beginning of the Second season, and just stuck to me. It's definitely one of my favorite shows. The last episode wasn't that great, but when Mac tries to skate and falls it made me laugh.Originally Posted by Shermanatorx

...I eat more pork than anything, but lean beef and eggs are also staples. Now that I'm in China and beef jerkey costs pennies, I eat a LOT of that as well.
