That was my thinking, I know you gain some fat while bulking, If your bodyfat% is lower when you start the easier it will be when you decide to cut, am i not right?

Wow! I didn't know there *was* a Camp Mike Spann. I'm surprised since he was CIA and not active duty .mil at the time. I'm glad to hear he gets recognition for his sacrifice.

Yes i am glad as well, It is a small FOB but has gotten much larger since 10th MTN. DIV. took over.
