I'm afraid of heavy leg press's, they make me feel like I'm exploding from the inside, I'm completely wiped after, there's nothing shameful about being afraid .

lol burpies are killer for me. but i relish the pain they bring. im not realy scared of anything in that sense but i do get a little scared doing deadlifts and squats as im not sure my form is 100% and i dont want to wreck my back.
