So, if you noticed, my old keto log (womans goal to be lean) has been deleted. I realized that I posted a few things I shouldn't have. So, I made the decision to delete an re-start.
One another note. Vacation is actually going pretty well so far. I drank one michelob ultra and ate a greek salad and a bacon cheeseburger without a bun. Woke up this AM and was still in keto However, I will admit it has been very hard going out to eat with Friends and getting a burger an side salad. Tonight they would like to drink so it's a split between michelob ultra and vodka and diet.
I woke up this morning and used the gym. Boy o boy is the stepmill death !! But, I completed 40mins of cardio. I look leaner in the morning and can start to see definement kn my tummy.... But not my face and I now am being left with massive love handles, since my belly is starting to flatten.
Should I work my abs directly to maybe help tighten my love handles?!

Hi hun, I am fine. Still sticking with my early routine workout, usually weights and some moderate CV.
As I was leaving the gym today the manager was actually stunned and lost for words on how much weight I had lost and said I am looking really good! I said im almost there - just got the last bit on my tummy to lose now !
I don't know why but each afternoon, usually after lunch I am getting a 'slump' and nodding off. Its been happening for about a week. I'm not adding high gi carbs to my food or anything. Its strange. Maybe im not eating enough. Maybe its time for me to start coming away from keto and add in more good carbs for energy. I bought some rye bread today and some avocado. This bread is really dark and dense, and thinly sliced. I thought I could introduce a small piece with some sliced avocado on. When I weighed myself last saturday i was 106.5 lbs.
A lot of gym members comment on my 'size' and i'm sick of them dictating to me what I should and shouldn't be doing there. Why am i there, they ask. You don't need to lose weight, they say. You haven't got fat to lose, they say (well what makes them an expert to say that? and i havent offered to strip down naked in front of them !). Its peeing me off!! But not ONE person has bothered to ask me what I want to acheive. If they asked, I would tell them! Its like this: if your big/fat - you get comments, sly ones, nasty ones, cruel one's etc, and if your slim, you get comments. Sly ones, cruel ones, unnecessary ones. You cant win! Only one person the other week asked me if I was looking after myself, and he happened to work at my gym.By hook or by crook Im not going to let any comments sabotage what I'm aiming to acheive. They would LOVE to see me fail. Its my judgement call - and I am going to win!Euphoria is a heightened feeling of happiness :-)

How long have you been on Keto ?? I would LOVE to be 106lbs.
I think the comments/ concerns of others are people who are jealous or have nothing better to do then gossip about how you or other look. I agree it can be upsetting but, do it for yourself and as long as YOU are happy. Who cares what other people say are think. Those comments will come regardless if you are big or small.
Maybe you should starting taking shots of olive Oil to help you become more awake...Almonds is another choice !

I am in dark keto according to last night
I did Kenpo X as a workout and I am prettty sore this AM. My abs and arms, and butt are sore...so, that is a good thing.
I have a bit of tummy cramps -But, I am blaming that on the MOUNDS of broccoli and cheese I had for dinner last night before bed...BLAH !

Hi yeah i have been adding more avocado, flax seed and oil to my grub, doing more cashew ntut and chicken salads, and puting flax seed oil in my shakes. And I use almonds too. I tend to use different stuff throughout the day. Bearing in mind i have 2 young boys to look after they can be hard going, my eldest has ADHD so its like double the work.
edit: i started my weight loss regime 2 weeks before christmas - crazy time to start i know, but if i was going to do it, it was then christmas or not! - I was just short of 11 stone give or take a few lbs.Euphoria is a heightened feeling of happiness :-)

26 days into keto with only 3 cheat days so far. In the 2nd phase of P90X, have not missed a workout yet.
Yesterday was the first time I decided to have a salad from a pizza place. My mouth was watering at the sound of Pizza & Breadsticks. But, I kept reminding myself of my goals, what I want to look like, and most importantly….how I would feel if I did eat that junk. I decided it was best to eat my Greek salad and if I really wanted pizza I can get it tomorrow…which is a lie because I have been telling self that for 3 days in a row now LOL
I am looking leaner in the morning. I can see small definitions in my stomach area, but as soon as I eat or drink..Its gone lol
The weekend is here…lets make sure I double dose on my oxy Elite Pro to fight any snack cravings !

1 month and one day :)
This weekend was interesting. I went to dinner and had a greek salad and 4 pieces of sushi then I was so hungry that night that I decided to have pizza...which of course was a big mistake. Heatburn, tummy aches and not to mention frequent bathroom stops !
The next morning I was determined to get into keto and do a Polymetrics DVD an gave it my all and then went to work. By that night I was in heavy purple and back in
But, Sunday I am confused...We went to breakfast and I had sausage,bacon, and a ham & cheese omlette. Then I had literally 2 spoonfuls of my b.f gavy sauce ( he had biscuits & gravy) came home and tested in the light pink area. Did not think twice and decided to try my sisters jazzercise DVD for 30 mins...Whew was I sweating, but I didnt have that keto scent...so after dinner ( which of course was alll keto) I tested again...light pink...then again this morning....it looked like I was in the negative.
I was confused ! I did not eat anything that is not keto friendly.
Almonds
burger w/cheese
pork rinds
olives
sugar free jello
Whip cream ( seving size)
Usually, If I am not testing for it....I smell it...but I am getting nothing and I am concerned.

Thank you !! It is just me being a worry wart. I always think I am doing something wrong.
I got my fitbit yesturday !!! It is pretty neat...check out the website if u have not heard of it (www.fitbit.com) It tracks my cals,activity, cals burned and sleep. I am stll toying with it..but I am DEFF. under eating and my deficit is to large from what I gather
This may be way I feel so sick lately. In the evenings I suddenly feel really ill to my stomach, sometimes so bad I feel I might puke. But, it passes as soon as I drink tonic water or ginger ale. I am thinking my blood sugar drops and I need more fat during the day.
Any sugestions ?

From some of your previous posts I would say you are definitely still undereating. And since you are doing P90x you are burning alot more cals than the average workout. Are you tracking your food daily? Try using this calculator to get a better idea of where you should be calorie wise. http://michaelandkendra.com/PhysiqueFX/bmr.htm
Just pick the "Women's Cut" option on left and input your info. If you continue to go at too large of a deficit your metabolism is really gonna take a nose dive and results will be slow or non existent.

hey im new round here been keeping up with your journey! i think its so cool you can do the keto and carb up... im way so to scared of carbs for that but i keep reading success stories from it and i need to get over my fear!
and you do PX90!!!!! im so jealous. i have a ripped up knee and until i get surgery i cant do it... i was thinkin of trying insanity one day...just gotta save up a few THOUSAND for knee surgery first
