Welcome to my Product Review Log!
I will be using and testing NO-Beta by Double T and giving my opinion on the results, effectiveness and review while using it during my training sessions of building lean muscle.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/do...ts/nobeta.html
My name is Joan, and I have been in the bodybuilding world for several years.
I've the desire and passion of building lean muscle.
I've competed a few times and have done well, but never an overall win.
My love of bbing and creating a muscular physique is strong and dedicated.
My next up-coming goal is to enter a comp in October of this year.
I will be using NO-Beta for the next weeks and keeping this log of my results and opinion of this product.
I've used NO products in the past with good results...now it's time to give DTS a try and see if it will help me build lean muscle and bring me to the stage!!
I train 6x week every morning.
I've been doing a program called "Variation Cycling Program"
It is done in 3 weeks:
Heavy: 4-6 reps Week 1
Medium: 8-10 reps Week 2
Supersets: 8-10 reps Week 3
This is repeated 3 times for a total of 9 weeks.
and so far I've been at it for 3sets of 9wks thus far.
It's by far the best routine I've done to date!
I started my first training session with NO-Beta yesterday with my Chest workout.
I took 3 pills before training.
During my training I began to feel the effect of NO-Beta, with tingling-energy consuming me.
This gave me power, pump and endurance to push thru my chest workout.
I really could feel the effects of this product.
So Far So Good with NO-Beta!
I am ready to push hard with DT NO-Beta to build me some lean muscle!!

Im in! Cant wait to see where these numbers are at a few weeks from now. And I agree with STLBarbie - If anyones going to put a product through its paces, it'll be you!

Ok so I have been in search of Tempeh, but no success.
I'am looking for another protein source to include in my diet.
I see that Tempeh, and Tofu are good protien and they are an alkaline food.
I bought myself some Tofu to try, I mad a few meals with it.
Not much flavor.
I read up on it a bit more and I see it's good for 'additional' protein.
and in my opinion, it's a little too much fat for me.
I may use it sparingly, here and there, but not as a main protein source.
Randy and Rick (his brother) got their boat in the water yesterday....Yayyy!
Boating/Fishing Season is Back!
this means...Walleye and Perch for Joan!!
Hi Welcome!
Thanks for the compliment!
When I first started bbing...one of my goals was to do pull-ups (however many) I am soooo excited to know I have achieved that goal...and to do weighted pull-ups is an extra bonus! Woop-de-do!!
Thanks for the support..... It's good to have to help with success!
My back it quite the sore issue for me right now...LOL
Lovin' It!
(i should've mentioned that in my above post)
Thank so much for the compliment and support....I can REALLY use it!
I am realy liking NO-Beta....so far I've noticed energy, endurance, pumps and the rush is sooo cool!
Thanks for the support Barbie!
HI Welcome!
Thanks bunches on the compliments....I am trying my best to succeed. Lean Muscle Baby!! lol
Focus and Intensity!
As I mentioned to Tina, When I first started bbing...one of my goals was to do pull-ups (however many) I am soooo excited to know I have achieved that goal...and to do weighted pull-ups is an extra bonus!
I have a good feeling that the use of this product is going to benefit me greatly.
With hard work and dedication!
Thanks very much!
I am going to work on going up in lbs for my heavy pulls....I want a nice big, muscular, sexy back!
G'day Everyone! Make it happy, strong and healthy!

I'm not a tofu fan. As you said, little taste, and the texture is odd to me. I'm a texture person. It's the reason I don't care for avacado.
Are you still using the 3 NO Beta each workout? If you said, I missed it.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

Work went pretty quick today, heh! Go figure!
Maybe because I was alert and refreshed <---yep, that's what it was.
So from reading everyone's posts (even in my other two journals)...I am not alone in the dissatisfaction of Tofu.
Damn!
I was really wanting to have found a good protien and alkaline food.
but since it has No taste and the Fat content is a bit high for my satisfaction....I will not be a tofu freak and eat it regularly.
*sigh*
Heya Barbie!
I like to fish, Um, I should say I used to like to fish....
but I don't go boating anymore after my last 'sea-sick' adventure...Sorry but that was horrible!!!
Sure the waves were 4ft....but I can't chance that incredibly-horrendous experience EVER again!
BLECH!
I am like you and LOVE to eat perch and walleye!
YUMO!
LOL --->Butt Pumps! How funny!
and yes I did notice a pump and 'the rush'. Bam! I did my cardio with intensity!
Hope you had a rockin' day too!
Well count me in as another Non-Tofu-Fan....as I mentioned above.
No taste? Non at all? Come on, that's just not fun....and not worth the fat content either.
tofu
avacado
What about bananas?
I didn't mention it, so you didn't miss it
Yes I am using it each workout.
HeyHey Lorraine!
So far so good..good pumps, rush, intensity, strength..FUN!
On to the Stage!!
I must say tofu just isn't up to my expectations....dammit! heh!
Have a great day!

Glad you are feeling "THE PUMP"!!!
What is the date in October that you and Lo will both be on stage?
I would LOVE to be able to plan to be in OH that weekend!!
OMG .. that would be the coolest thing EVER!!!
Are you having Evan's party at home?
Home many folks are you planning on?

How sad are you that Evan is graduating? I feel like he should still be the little boy I witnessed in your journal pics from years ago.
And, dammit, woman! How can you be so friggin tiny and so damn much stronger than me? Pissy Simpy is Pissy!!!Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

Ok well let's start this Wednesday off right...and by right I mean Postive, Strong, Happy and Intense!
Went to bed a bit later than I wanted.
Woke up easy...but quite sweaty for some reason (strange b/c the ac was on...humm?)
So being I was sweaty even before working out...I made sure I drank a bit more to replenish.
Took Supplements , including one dose of NO-Beta (3pills).
Then began to slam my chest with week 6B of Heavy 4-6reps.
Got increases!!!
I felt a bit of 'rush' from the NO-Beta about 10-15min into the workout!
Heavy: 4-6reps Week 6B
CHEST

--Intese-Sweatness!
With having Bicep/Tricep DOMS from yesterday's workout...and now after this brutal Chest workout...My arms/upper body is Fatigued, Pumped and Wiped-Out!
We finsished printing out Evan's Graduation Invitations...Made by us
after replenishing the ink in our printer, twice, We finally have them done and looking GREAT!
We will be addressing them and mailing them out by this weekend.
One Step Done
Hi Barbie...thanks!
October 2nd in Lakewood, Ohio
You may be there? Woow! How awesome would that be?? Yesss!
Evan's party will be held at a hall we rented.....much eaiser this way.
I am completely sad.....At work I reminisce our lives together, from birth till now *sigh* It's kinda surreal....to know he is a young man now.
What fun we've had! I am very blessed.
And I am excited to create new memories with Evan as an adult.
Aww...No pissy simpy, No!
Shake off the pissiness and remember strength is one thing, but lbs are only part of progressing/building muscle....Lifting heavy for YOU and being consitent with it is the way to go!
I love the rotation of the cardio equipment...it becomes an Intensity Interval in itself.
Going from one machine to the next, makes it more intense and makes the body work hard at the changes!
On the TM I do intervals of fast-walk and running.
ELP and BIKE I keep the intenity at a steady pace.
Have a Supa Day!!Last edited by Buffycat3; 05-26-2010 at 01:12 AM.
