Question WHat does p90x come with and does it work?

I really want to lose weight and I am willing to do anything I need to. Has anyone had good results with p90x or what is something else I should do?

Read the stickies on how to lose fat for noobs.
We all come from humble beginnings.

never done it, but i personally wouldn't put a whole lot of faith in a program that advertises on late night infomercials. just sayin.

Its not a bad program, but its nothing special either. You can find the videos and the diet guide online for free

If your goal is to lose fat, I'd do the doubles version (or simply add some cardio on your strength training days). Also the diet must be followed extremely well, one reason I see people fail is because they don't follow the diet at all.

I did a round and a half of it (stopped doing it in favor of Rippetoes as I desperately need to add some mass), and while I only dropped 7 pounds, I was happy with my results appearance-wise.

Seemed like a decent program for someone starting out who wants something simple that they can just follow along with, but I think if you follow some of the programs/advice in the stickies you'd probably have just as good results. (not to mention an extra $120 in your wallet)
    Good Luck!
