I used this recipe. Macros turned out:
(Entire Thing):
1409 Calories
138.5g Fat
19.5g Protein
17.5 Net Grams Carbohydrates
Made 9 cups. Per cup:
156.6 Calories
15.4g Fat
2.2g Protein
1.9 Net Grams Carbohydrates
Great Keto snack to hit your sweet tooth. Also, I factored in the carbs and calories in splenda, so don't worry about adding those in yourself (24 calories and ~6g carbs in a 1/4 cup of Splenda).

I'm about to try with some chocolate protein powder. I was thinking of splitting the protein with the cocoa. The way I look at it, as long as you're using butter and peanut butter, you should be fine .

Not so hot with the protein powder. It taste basically like "sludge", which makes sense because it's almost all the same ingredients. Little on the chalky side, but definitely good enough for help with the sweet tooth.

stevia is the best, I try to use stevia or xylitol as they're more "natural". Stevia is an herb and has no calories or carbs period, while anything else is basically up to "interpretation". Some people just don't like the acquired taste for Stevia though so to each their own. Xylitol, sorbitol and basically anything with "Tol" at the end is a sugar alcohol and some versions don't sit well with people. Maltitol makes an unpleasant day for me, while Xylitol is great. You can always mix stevia and xylitol too, since xylitol tastes more like sugar than anything I've tried. Anyways that's enough about sweetners.
As far as making them bigger? Well you could add nuts I suppose but these things are going to be dense and there's nothing really you can add to them to make them bigger without upping the calories/macros in some way. I've never tried it with protein powder either, but hey let us know how it goes. I don't particularly like cooking with protein powder since I heard it doesn't do well under heat.☆☆☆Ron Paul 2012 Support Crew☆☆☆

a) i wouldn't use protein powder, it bakes horribly. some do ok in pancakes and ive zapped some things in the microwave a few times, but when i tried to make the same recipe in the oven its horrible.
b) that is a sh*t ton of butter. I dono what kind of keto you guys are doing but that is whack for anything conjured up. lol!researcher . bodybuilder . MS in biochemistry . metabolic biology doctoral student

from the man himself: high protein, moderate fat, low carb. i guess if you're not competing you guys can go eating sticks of butter...but I just don't see how that can be gotten away with-maybe i just dont want to chance it? to each his own.researcher . bodybuilder . excellent find OP!
i pretty much made the 'sludge'
-2 scoops ON double chocolate whey
- a cap full or so of vanilla extract
- 3 packets of splenda
- tsp or two of hersheys cocoa powder
then dripped in water till cake like batter
put a tbs or two in wax baking cups (i tried regular paper baking cups and that was nooooot fun!! the paper stuck sooo bad ) then spread it around so it coated the sides a little, dropped a half tbs of natty pb in the middle then covered the tops with the rest of the whey mix.
popped it in the freezer for 30 min and there you go! the perfect Reeses fake out hahaThere is no room for second. No place for the imitator. No space for the poser. History will be made...for the one.

I found this through the forum, bookmarked it for later experimentation. I'm sure it can easily be made keto with some substitutions.

My thoughts to sub would be the graham cracker crumbs with ground almond meal with cinnamon and some sweetener. To give it the same consistency at least. Confectioners sugar with stevia (or something similar). The shortening, I don't know maybe more butter? I've never used shortening so I don't know what would be best. Maybe some sort of animal fat? The chocolate chips, with some sugar free ones, or if you're really picky. Melt some 100% chocolate bars with your sweetener of choice, it's all going to be melted together anyways. Anyways I plan on making that and trying it out, but I don't have a kitchen for a while so.☆☆☆Ron Paul 2012 Support Crew☆☆☆
