Sounds good. I only ask because I was once following a sponsored PH log and like a week into the log he posted his weight that day, and his starting weight. It was like a 6lb gain. I asked if they were at the same time and he responded, "No, the first is in the morning and the second was in the middle of the day"....

FTL because as soon as you get married at least two dozen girls will crawl out of the woodwork claiming a longtime crush on you and offer to **** your brains out. seriously. and it keeps happening as you meet new girls and they find out you're married. it's a tough cycle to deal with, even when you're head over heels. bitches is crazy.vegetable-based protein ftw

it is all worth it guys.
and i'm serious about that above. maybe it's cuz i was a club night/concert promoter for a little while in town and met tons of girls. i stopped going out for a while after i left that scene and met my wife. when i go to events and those girls see me with a ring on, it seems like an obsession. they see you've made a commitment, and they want that at any cost.
i have my soulmate though so it's easy to win in that game. and it kinda feels good to watch them melt after their moves don't work either. but the hardest part is when it's a girl who you wanted to put it to back in the day and now it's her trying to get you to do just thatvegetable-based protein ftw

Overall
- Day 4 Shoulder day...kind of a weak point of mine IMO. Felt pretty good, nothing too crazy, typical day.
- Drank quiet a bit of water, also had a Mt. Dew (no signs of headaches again today!)
- Back is a little tight, nothing that bad. Nothing sore at all.
- Mixed up the Xtend to Green Apple...and it was dang good! Green Apple > Blue Razz IMO!
- BP right now 11:09 = 129/78 and Pulse is 68. Is there a specific time I should be monitoring my BP??
- Appetite went down a little bit today, but I still ate! HAHA.

I don't think it's abnormal...
Yea of course I did, have been monitoring it everyday...just trying to see if it matters when I check it? My wife is a nurse and has this handy little BP machine, so it's quiet simple. It has went up a little so far, I think today it jumped a few points, but it also may have been the caffeine I'm drinking?
