ill be dosing in the morning and before i lift.
- Do i take the hdrol first thing and then eat, or take it after i eat when i wake up?
- Do i take it with my pre-wo meal or before it?
-Ill dose Cycle Support a few hours after the morning dose and before bed....

Ur 20 you have no need for Hdrol...It is a mistake if you take it at all...Take a test booster before u jump to a prohormone...

well, no sense in bashing you for being 20. you will prob take it either way. its best you take it right if your going to do it.
not sure what your dose is, but i will say if you take a high dose you will need a SERM aka nolva, clomid, torm ect. some say if the dose is low you can take an OTC pct and be ok. in my opinion SERM ALL THE WAY. by the way, what is your pct plan???
take h drol with or after a meal or you will feel real hungry all day. thats how i felt if i ran into a day where i couldnt eat first.

i have hardly heard of anyone using a SERM for h-drol... im goin 50 first week and then 75 through 5 weeks... Reversitol for PCT... only reason i didnt mention that to start was b/c i did in another thread and already have that under control.... the sole purpose of this thread is to know when and what to take h-drol with around food. ... and on a side note that hungry all day thing would be great! ha... but point takenOriginally Posted by TR86
