    i know the front squat wasnt good form. i should have dumped the weight. in my mind i was thinking about it but then i guess i didnt. i need to work on front squats a lot more. and i have a unhealable slit on my finger that has been keeping me from grabbing anything for a month and its pissing me off

    im from ma as well. i want to know about raw meets. i looked for raw meets in ma but there wasnt any, do u just go to a reg meet and compete raw and have it logged as raw?

    Yeah. I compete USAPL and in the smaller local meets up here they usually don't have a raw division just because there is generally only a few raw competitors. Check out Newenglandusapl.com, or nupowerlifting.com, I know we are actually hosting a highschool meet I'm sure you could get into on March 14th. I'm pretty sure there will be raw/equiped divisions just because its more common to have more raw lifters at the high school level. Some guys on my team go raw as well and I know in the bigger meets there are usually raw divisions.

    If Boston is anywhere near you you could represent your HS alone I believe, it would probably be worth the experience.

    yeah i went to that meet last year and represented my high school alone.. but i was sick from the begining of march-into april. and the meet was somewhere in there.... not my best results.

    i recently deadlifted 550 and it was at the school gym so i got to use 10 45 plates and it felt easier. 500 i got for 2. and i did the 550 rep with belt only, no straps

    i dont know. if i dont get it before lax season then it wont be for a while. once lax season starts i wont lift again till summer.
