im trying to get stronger overall but especially my chest
heres my routine
monday- chest tris
3 sets of 10,8,8 dumbell bench press
3 sets of 10,10,8 incline dumbell press
3 sets of 10,10,8 cable flys
3 sets of 10,8,8 tricep pushdowns
tuesday- cardio
20 min of hiit running
and 40 min of basketball
wednesday-legs
3 sets of 10,8,8 leg press
3 sets of 10,8,6 squats
3 sets of 10,10,8 leg extensions
3 sets of 8,8,6 deadlifts
thurday- same as tuesday
friday-back and biceps
3 sets of 10,10,8 cable rows
3 sets of 10,10,8 wide grip lat pulldowns
3 sets of 10,8,8 stiff arm pulldowns
3 sets of 10,10, 8 one arm rows
2 sets of 8,6 dumbell curls
1 set of prechear drop sets
sat- same as tuesday
sun- rest
