Abs are overated IMO, I use to have full ripped veiny ass abs at 65 kg, but I was small, bee bulking since march, and am now 90 kg and I kept my abs but no wear near as ripped but I dont want them really ripped anyway, theyre overated.. and would prefer size and a nice natural look not a skinny pretty boy ass look.. nd sure you can get both if your juicing good enough.. im fro mSyd btw so thats why i do it in kg
