dont yell at me mr swolle or ill take an elephant gun to your obese 300lbs lung ass.
ch-chick ka-blaoh.
Thanks.
I cant kick worth ****. Even when having a punching bag for 6+ years I dont think I could land a successful kick once lol.
Today'll be an off day most likely. Lower back was killing all day in school because I didn't want to take anymore ibuprofen. Needless to say, I just took 600mg. Hopefully that'll suffice for the rest of the day.www.youtube.com/flexxinator

my thoughts on pain killers: be careful. they can mask pain enough that you think your better and you make it worse. muscle relaxants and anti inflammatories is what i would go for over a pain reliever.

Heavy upper day
Bench
warm up sets:
135x1

225x1 @ 8
230x1 @ 9
230x1 @ 9
205x3 @ 8
205x3 @ 8
205x4 @ 8
Close grip bench
155x6 @ 6
165x5 @ 6
180x5 @ 7.5
180x5 @ 8
BB curls
4x5-8
Hammer curls
4x8
Concentration curls
3x10
Comments - I bench WAY better at home vs gym. Arch is a tad more difficult to set up; and it's more difficult to unrack it myself since I gotta press it up and balance it, but my strength seems to OWN when alone. Ill admit my bar speed was quick as fcuk on all sets. I was gonna do shoulders after...but decided to hit teh byeceptz since theyre a big ass weakpoint.
Weight is still hovering around 162-164.

Any recommendation's you'd like to add? Tomorrow is going to be Back/shoulders. I was thinking of either heavy over head presses, or seated Military presses. What'cha think would pack more ass?www.youtube.com/flexxinator
