    Calling out skinny twinks on misc

    Do you guys just not feel hunger or do you feel it and tolerate?



    Every twink I know can lose tons of weight very quickly. How do you guys do it? When you eat say 1500 cals a day to lose 3 lbs a week, you're starving much of the day. Do you not feel that or it doesn't bother you?

    There's a difference between hunger and craving.

    If you consume like the average American for long enough, you'll likely act on primarily moments of craving.

    Being able to differentiate the two is the key. If you maintain a strict deficit for about 1-2 weeks straight, you'll learn to separate them out pretty easily. If you stick to a deficit diet long enough, your stomach (organ) size will tighten and thus it'll be quicker and easier to feel it reaching fullness.

    Alcohol though can ruin everything. If you're drunk you'll be more likely to act on cravings, and also less likely to feel the fullness when your stomach's capacity causes it to stretch.

    Always been skinny, it has taken legit effort to bulk up, and one thing I’ve observed comparing to other people is that I’m just not food-motivated. I generally get little enjoyment from food and am pretty utilitarian with it, can eat the same thing day after day, often forget to eat when I’m really focused on something, etc.

    Not sure why I am this way, but it’s a fundamental behavioural difference from people who easily put on lbs and it takes zero conscious effort on my part.

    All the fattys I know eat junk food nearly every meal, the fattys I've known wouldn't eat bananas or boil potatoes or eggs, they would have french fries with chicken nuggets, fukkin orange juice, chocolate milk (always the fattiest option too), frozen pizza, pop tarts, and lest we forget... A bag of chips and a liter of pop.

    I would eat 6-7000 calories a day if I could do it without gaining weight. Do you really not get pleasure from eating delicious foods? I had a steak and egg burrito today at a mexican place and it was pure heaven

    I was eating 4000 calories and not gaining weight. Couldn't eat more no matter what I tried. I weighed 238lbs though.

    I'm 180lbs at 6'1.5 now. I used to be 230lbs in 2020.

    I eat on average 3.5k-4k calories a day. I actually tracked my calories yesterday and it was 3.8k lmao.

    The thing is, I eat the carnivore diet. So I just eat twice a day until I am completely full and stop. That's it. When I started in january I was 196lbs. I lost 16lbs eating that many calories. and went as low as 176lb at one point. I'm also probably 99th percentile in natural metabolism.

    So I eat multiple lbs of meat a day and am lean and fit. And I just started to sort of workout again lol

    im pretty similar to this. some days i won't eat anything until 2-4pm. occasionally i'll just do a random fast and not eat for 24 hours. after 2 days fasting is when i get HUNGRY and whatever i'm eating will taste like the best food i've ever ate.

    I eat 3 regular portions of food a day (probably around 2k calories) and do cardio every day to lose weight. I feel hungry sometimes, especially in the mornings, but I don't really have this craving that you speak of. The hunger I experience is a bit like feeling tired from being sleep deprived. You feel like chit but you don't really have this immediate urge to go take a nap.
