I actually just didn't do them today. Normally I do them last, reason being is because my weak tris are making my shoulders engage to on those tricep extensions. I've had this issue before, I'm just out of shape compared to VG Version 2022. With time and good form it will resolve itself, but it took a long time for my gains to finally start atrophy. I'm honestly impressed lol.
I'll never take a hiatus like that again.
EDIT: Sam Sulek LOL. Mirin his size but I hope he focuses on his health. Dude is younger than me but you would've believe it looking at him.
