I am doing basic stuff such as pull-ups. chin-ups, push-ups, dips frequently at home and I have a weight vest so i can quickly progressive overload, but something about very basic calisthenics feels like you don't go anywhere,
I feel as if the gap is skinny guys starting out and next stage is fu©king jacked beautifully sculpted gods like guys. Where's the in-between and how do I progress?
