I like the 42 x 80 size , it is know as the "semi-truck Mattress" its almost a full size, plenty big for one and will do two if your getting lucky.

The bigger the bed, the better, as long as it fits in the room without looking dumb. More comfy. More spacious. And if you ever have someone sleeping with you, the extra space is GOAT.

I have a King. I'd prefer the bigger size - I think it is called a California King - but I'd need a bigger room for that. In my room right now, a California King would take up too much space.

If I am strictly sleeping alone, I am content even with a single bed, even if I'd still prefer a bigger bed.
