    **Visualization-Ronnie Coleman style

We all know that visualizing the working muscle groups during a set is crucial for making gains. Out of curiosity, which method of visualization do you prefer?

    1) **Light Weight (Ronnie Coleman style)** - Imagine the weight is as light as a feather, almost flying up on its own.

    2) **Very Heavy** - Picture yourself lifting 200lb dumbbells during curls, even if they're only 40s. This makes you feel like a beast.
