I'm losing motivation to continue my weight loss and body definition journey. It feels like either (a) my appetite keeps decreasing or (b) I'm not motivated enough to increase my exercise. I already believed I was doing enough: I do cardio HIIT 2-3 times a week and regular cardio and yoga almost every day. My weight goal is around 110-115 pounds, and I aim for a body fat percentage of 18% (maybe a bit lower). Ironically, despite being a size 0 and almost a 00 (another goal), I have a high body fat percentage. Sometimes I incorporate weight training, but I get burnt out quickly. I aim to consume over 100 grams of protein daily and eat between 1300-1600 calories a day, including any calories burned through exercise. Being in college, I usually pack my meals except for dinner. However, I don't seem to be making progress, except for "shrinking" and getting tired more easily. Any advice?
