it was always all about gear fist and protein second for the people on gear and protein first for everyone else
have you ever been inside a gym that's name didn't end with 'fitness' or wasn't in a hotel or condo lobby?heart also wants what the dick wants

“The key nutritional aspects are earth-grown nutrients. That’s real food. That’s whole food. I like to say - No pills, no powders, no potions. We don’t need that garbage. We need real food. Real food has sustained life on this planet since the dawn of time. And that’s exactly what I feed my athletes and I want them to eat. I want everyone to eat that because that’s what we truly need. Fresh berries, eggs, avocado, nuts. A lot of water – water is life. Wild caught lean meats – nothing preserved, no chemicals, lots of vegetables, I’m a huge produce fan – because that is life. And then complex carbohydrates in the form of quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes – things like that. And we eat! I make sure my athletes are constantly eating a tremendous amount of highly usable foods.” – Mike Dolce

I’m always skeptical of these claims because whey isn’t some synthetic material made in a lab. It’s just a dairy byproduct, essentially whey is “real food” just like eggs or cheese or beef is too
But would be open to hearing an argument against it
Edit: my search engine gave me this summary
Justin Harris, a noted nutrition expert and bodybuilder, supports the use of whey protein, particularly in the context of muscle building and recovery. He emphasizes the importance of whey protein due to its high biological value and rapid digestibility, making it ideal for post-workout nutrition. Harris often incorporates whey protein into dietary plans for athletes to ensure they meet their protein needs efficiently and effectively.
In his discussions, Harris highlights that whey protein is beneficial for its rich amino acid profile, which supports muscle repair and growth. He also advises monitoring overall protein intake to optimize muscle synthesis and performance [oai_citation:1,What’s The Best Way To Track Optimal Protein Intake? | Justin Harris - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/aOShu...A%2F%2Fwww,100) [oai_citation:2,Welcome to Rainmaker](https://musclementor.net/justin-harr...t%2Fjustin,100).Best lifts:
