Hit legs last night and arms tonight
My delt training is basically front dumbell raises, dumbell lateral raises, and bent over lateral raises
I can do back work no drama and flat bench no problem but incline bench and overhead presses fuk with my left shoulder badly which sucks because I loved OHPsRAW DOG CREW LIEUTENANT

Get a Cortisone shot into your shoulder. You'll be good for 6months. I need to do this myself tbh. I've considered peptides for ages, and have recommended them to a few people dealing with different injuries over the years and seen them have success, but I cba injecting any more stuff than I already do.
