    My delt training is basically front dumbell raises, dumbell lateral raises, and bent over lateral raises

    I can do back work no drama and flat bench no problem but incline bench and overhead presses fuk with my left shoulder badly which sucks because I loved OHPs

    Have you tried seated overhead presses? Stabilizing yourself against the pad and using your feet as anchors really makes it superior from a safety standpoint. I've had shoulder issues from strict/heavy overhead pressing as well.

    Get a Cortisone shot into your shoulder. You'll be good for 6months. I need to do this myself tbh. I've considered peptides for ages, and have recommended them to a few people dealing with different injuries over the years and seen them have success, but I cba injecting any more stuff than I already do.

    BPC 157 is an interesting option.

    I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and the aches and pains I've been dealing with (especially in my left biceps) have essentially disappeared.

    I've recommended BPC + TB500 to a few people over the years. Seen people have good results on everything from nagging shoulder injuries to ACL tears. It certainly does seem to work.

    Yeah I think people think it's brand new, but that's just the Joe Rogan effect.

    I had a buddy who was into peptides pretty early on, like back in 2006-2007.

    I remember he was using GHRP-6 and BPC 157.
