    Bench was kinda hard, might just increase the weight by 10 lbs next session, and match bent row for the same.

    Weights are moving very quickly pal, looking good for the most part.

    Not a real fan of the rows; I'd kick them off with a lift from the floor or pins on the outside of the cage. Those pins are set so high that it looks like a combo of a bent over row and upright row.

    I prefer Yates Rows - I'm moving 105kg (232 freedom units) for 4x12 with super strict form, and my back is the most impressive it's ever been. Maybe try Pendlay Rows - look them up for sure - you don't have to be super strict, a bit of momentum to assist moving the weight is ok - so long as you protect your spine.

    They just look bad from that angle, I use to record from a different angle and they were fine, same with the squats from that angle look like I'm not going deep enough but I surely am.
