Full time in office. 8-5, M-F + 30 min commute each way. It’s the worst mane. I feel like I’m being robbed of my very existence. All purpose is fleeting. Life just feels like an empty void.

It’s interesting that Joe described his time as a wagie like being poisoned because that’s exactly how I feel. My mental AND physical health has declined since I started going back into the office. Brain fog, depression, perpetual fatigue, headaches, heart palpitations, high blood pressure, likely low T and even weird hypoglycemia-type symptoms despite not being a diabetic. I NEVER felt ANY of this before in my life. It’s literally as if I’m being poisoned.

I enjoy the actual work, what I don’t enjoy is the getting up, the long commute and the endless same old routine.

I think the most soul destroying part of the day is climbing those damned same
