- recently one of my wisdom tooth emerged and it's giving me some slight discomfort
- booked a dentist appointment tmrw . Same thing happened years ago ...my dentist pulled the other one out and I dont remember it being so bad..kinda was a relief to remove it
- how can I be less anxious going for dental procedures?

if youre looking at it and think its hard to get out dont worry they will probably smash it to pieces and scrape out the pieces from your tooth socket so it wont be that hard to remove the individual fragments. Sounds like it hurts but as long as they give you enough meds then it wont hurt and of course they never under dose you.

Yeah man . Once I'm frozen it shouldn't too bad.
All I remember was years ago once I was frozen..doc put a lot of pressure on it with some tool .it popped out I was straight.
And it's not like I have much option here ...it literally needs to be done. It's gonna be a relief
I'm just an anxious fk
So u wouldn't even be tripping much if you were in my shoes rn?

I've never had an issues with dentists other than them trying to sell me special electric toothbrushes that I don't need because they are no different than the high end Sonicare from Target. So I've never understood people being so terrified of going to dentists. And I've seen probably 10+ different dentists over my lifetime. Including a root canal on a tooth that was nearly knocked out, wisdom teeth pulled (that was uncessary lol), and metal braces from the Ortho as a kid. Go in with a mouth that isn't a rotten pile of filth due to a total lack of personal hygiene cares towards it, and it helps a lot.
