What's it going to hurt to throw in a day for some work on your biceps and triceps? Nothing. Sure you'll see gains from just compound moves, but actually "isolatiing" the body part would yield better results.
And bro, I've got 16.5's @ 5'9"... arms don't look like 16's in those pics... Post up some new ones, bud!!

Tonnes of people have huge arms, some people have 16"+ arms naturally before they even hit the gym, my friend has monster delts and has the worst diet you could imagine for maintaining muscle mass.
It's mainly genetics, compounds alone were not giving me the gains in strength and mass that I needed to keep up with the rest of my body, I introduced isolations and that changed.
I'v just got crappy arm genetics, you tailor your work out to YOU not to everyone else.Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible kunt... me.

I'm not going to try to argue a point against that. I just know that my bi's didn't work from isolating them 1x (or 2x) a week, and what's it hurt to try something different for a month?
My bi's have grown an 1/8" so far. Probably due to my DB Rows getting much heavier.
That's a very good point. Reps on recharge."Build YOUR body, not everybody else's." - Me
