Graduated their dumbed down High School and head to the factory job (they all outsourced now) and in a few years they could buy a house for 50k that’s worth millions now. That alone could fund their retirement. They could throw a few dollars at any stock and watch it go 500-5000X in their lifetimes but have 0 dollars in a retirement account. Despite all that they complain they can’t live on their pensions, social security, and disabilities they get because they can’t stop shoving goyslop down their throats and claim it’s a disability JFL. I’m all for generational beefs, but don’t exactly feel good when the old or the young are in bad shape. It’s a symptom of bigger issues, and both of those groups should have little to worry about in a healthy society.

I guess that’s your experience. My parents had a live-in maid, a gardener, landscapers, and a handyman. When my dad came home from work, all of those tasks were done. My mom event planned and watched us. I’m in his field and hold a higher tier degree than him, with the same amount of experience. My wife-same field, same experience. We are in the upper income bracket of the field. And we do all of the tasks he used to pay others to do ourselves, because it’s not affordable. Weird.

Just had to throw a couple hundred on stocks that were Pennies on the dollar like McD or Walmart to be a millionare. Meanwhile younger kids only chance at that kind of gain is to turn their computer into some miner that eats up more in electricity costs then it generated, can’t be stored, accessed, or traded easily outside of shady exchanges that went under, regularly loses 50% of its value overnight, and was mainly used to buy underaged trafficked sex slaves on a part of the internet that will get you out on a list and hold it through all that.

I’ve been working full time since 23 and have close to 200k in a 401k at 33 just making max contributions with company match. If I never contribute a penny more it could be close to 2 mil at 65. Somehow the majority of these fat fuks have literal 0 dollars saved up
