Im trying to lose weight with the help of a trainer, and he told me I should not eat all my meals in one setting because I wont absorb my protein, and it could turn into fat.
Is any of this true? ive heard many conflicting information on this.
The reason I eat my meals in one setting is because I feel no hunger during the day, I only get hungry at night, so I like to save my meals to when im the most hungry

Too true
& you're fine, OP. There was actually a recent study that found that protein isn't actually "wasted" if it's over the arbitrary 30-50 g per meal people use to throw out:https://barbend.com/new-study-protei...muscle-growth/
As an aside, aren't you on a GLP-1 drug, OP?

Your body can absorb protein from a meal regardless of whether you eat it all at once or throughout the day. The absorption of protein isn't significantly affected by meal timing. To be honest, i never really thought about that how much proteins i eat and what i can change. The most important than my food is tasty and fresh. One time i had to contact the pink door customer service and see if they knew about food issue in their cafe, but that was sorted very quickly.
