    Hi mate, i have really high cholesterol where iv been advised to eat less food high in it. Blood wasn't looking good so im trying my best to lower it.

    Yeah that's a huge read ill read it later today. All i know is that it's dropped 30-40% within 2 months from changing my diet and doing more walks. Seems to be working well so ill keep at it. Thanks for your aggressive input...

    Dietary cholesterol actually LOWERS cholesterol becasue it tells your body not to make anymore when its coming in exogenously. Same with testosterone. You start taking injections and your body will slow down production.
