5’9”.
56 years old.
144 pounds
Approx 13% body fat
Pushing weights 4-5 times a week.
Lost 17 pounds so far over 13 weeks
Recently losing 1lb per week on 1450 cals per day and 1650 on training days.
No cardio
I just ate one day 3350 cals, 188p, 444c, 89f.
How many calories should I eat the next day? Back to the old calorie regime or slightly higher as metabolism should be higher? I ask cause I’m experience the post refeed whoosh 2.5lb weight loss in 2-3 days and don’t want to threaten that valuable muscle!
