Sounds like bullchit srs. I’m not saying with certainty that it is, but A LOT of retail stores claim to offer tuition reimbursement programs for their employees who are working their way through school. Wegmans is well known for this. In reality it’s not that simple. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops and it only ends up being a couple thousand dollars per year for a small percentage of employees. The companies only advertise this because it helps them get on “best places to work” lists. Positive PR.
