I would like to know which store you are talking about. Barlean's oils are only distributed to natural heath foods stores.

97, i was wondering, how much of ground up flax seeds should i take? I used to use the capsules, but now i want to try the seeds from gnc brand. I also heard the seeds are better than oil, but i'm not sure if that is true. thanks

97, can you also tell me when's the best time to take in the oil or seeds? i might end up getting both the seeds and oil, but does it not matter at what time or what foods i take it with? and how much of the oil? 2-3 tbsp daily?

    Thumbs up

    97LT1 , you are the MAN !!!

When my fiance had her "time of the month" before, she had some pretty major cramping. Then I read what you had said about Evening Primrose Oil, and suggested that she try it out.
She ended up getting softgel tablets (500 mg EPO, 350 mg Cis-linoleic acid, 45 mg GLA), and we both cannot believe the difference!
She went from cramps so bad on the first day that she basically laid on the couch in pain (Midol and Pamprin didn't help), to having just a "little twinge".

    You are truly awesome!

    Oil Catch Can

The oil catch can is installed in the PCV line between the crankcase and the intake system. As the gases pass through the
it cools and condenses them, causing the oil, moisture, and other contaminants to separate and collect inside the can instead of being recirculated into the engine. This collected liquid is periodically drained from the can, preventing it from entering the engine's intake.
