yes i did understand that given that my reading comprehension isnt that of a roidcel who can only follow dosages along with all his little other bum pinning boys.
combat is far too unpredictable despite what everyone tries to say. everyone in the ufc within gender can absolutely wreck anyone of any other weight class in the ufc. the only thing weight classes may represent is how often one is likely to win over a lighter weight class/10
people despite all being boring and comparable are different enough that weight is likely only a problem if you come up against someone of whom you do not have the strength to move.

Yeah I mean it’s not hard to understand. When someone trains at something they get better at it. If they train and it and you don’t, they’re probably better than you at it. That includes fighting.
Lifting weights in the gym becomes VERY specific to lifting weights. Jsut because you can bench press 405 doesn’t mean you can punch harder, better, faster, more accurately, or more times than someone who ACTUALLY TRAINS.
And no, hitting the heavy bag for 20 minutes at the end of your workout doesn’t count.
