Who was the raw meat miscer? MarioMami? Dude was a riot. I actually started cracking a couple eggs in protein shakes now and again, I hate to say it, but probably after reading one of his escapades. I do cook my steaks.
4-5 a day here. Older. Need to help my natty T production every way I can.All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Used to eat 4-6 hard boiled every single day. I just love the taste.
Then I started getting one or two acne on the face. Removed everything, didn't work.
Only after removing the eggs, the acne stopped.
Researched a ton but never found out why eggs would do that.39 years young (I identify as being 29)

Albumin and Lymphatic System: The protein albumin found in egg whites is mentioned as a potential contributor to acne breakouts. The argument is that excess albumin may not be properly broken down by the digestive system, leading to its deposition in the lymphatic system, causing inflammation and acne.
Biotin Content: Eggs contain biotin, which is generally considered beneficial for the skin and hair. However, the text suggests that excessive intake of biotin, especially in combination with supplements, might lead to an overstimulation of keratin and contribute to acne.
Excessive Progesterone: Eggs contain progesterone, and consuming them may introduce extra hormones into the body. Excessive progesterone is linked to disruptions in natural hormone levels, potentially leading to acne, especially in individuals already on medications like birth control with high progesterone levels.39 years young (I identify as being 29)

Eating raw eggs provides you with 100% of the micronutrients your body needs as opposed to the fraction that survive the heating process. I'll lose 20g of protein and make it up by eating a bigger slab of steak if it means I get what's most important.
6 raw eggs a day crew. MarioMiami was right. I hate to say it.

I recommend organic pasture-raised eggs, which unfortunately are not cheap.
It's the difference between eggs coming from chickens who actually get to spread their legs and graze a little (bugs and whatnot) Vs chickens inhumanely living in tight dark boxes their whole lives, being fed crap. The quality of eggs will be far better. All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

My daughter is hooked on egg in toast.
Take a piece of dry toast and push down on everything except the crust (she loves doing that, as she is "cooking"), which makes a flat bowl.
Crack an egg on it.
Throw it in the microwave for 45-60s.
You now have a piece of toast with egg cooked in to it, that you can pick up and eat with your hands, without the egg falling off.Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......
