No I make biltong. Kind of like jerky, but it's thicker, softer, and more steak like.

I hope you're not serious. Bosko is an amazing photographer and his food pics were top notch. He did a shoot for friend who was selling some paintings that I wanted to buy, (there were 2 that I wanted but had been sold.) He sent me the 2 original photos from the shoot so I could frame/mat for myself. His photography is crazy good and I love my pictures so much!

That's pork belly. Marinated in soy sauce and mirin with ginger paste. It's basically a more savory teriyaki sauce.

I am a good cook and a great baker but the only thing I cook anymore is my work week food. Chicken, veggies and yams. I've posted plenty of pics in the past. Steak, smoked paprika chicken, desserts. My bf is an amazing cook and Natypes meals are on par with what he cooks. I have to eat super strict during the week or else I'd be 200 lbs. I only bake if I have somewhere to take it or else I'd eat it all.

Thanks guys, cooking is my favorite hobby. I cook 5-7x week and always enjoy it. I don't do as upscale as Godfrd does, but my food tastes as good as it looks. Nothing is bland with me lol for better or for worse. Made a homemade tomato soup last Sunday with a roasted poblano and bacon grilled cheese. Don't have pics, but it was the best tomato soup I've ever made/had.
