This has been the norm for me since surgery last Oct 10th
If I didn't have my belief systems/principles set in place with extreme discipline I'd rope it...Any normal person would have roped it already
The only thing that ever helps is immediately working out when I wake up, I'm talking right when I step out of bed I walk directly to the treadmill and do hill climbs fasted
I didn't do that today so it feels like a fire is inside my gut that's burning me and I can't organize my thoughts + about the worst irritability
Did they secretly Vax me when I was put under? WTF?
Who else feels like this?
Chit is torture

Its the docs who fuked me up to begin with, only reason I got surgery was cuz I needed it badly
Nope
Feels
They gave me propofol, fent, and some crazy benzo to put me under...Ever since then I've been in some funk that's torturing me
I figured most people don't wake up feeling like they want to blow their own heads off
Docs did this to me, some people just shouldn't take narcotics imo
Now I don't trust any doctorsJournal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

If surgery was in Oct it wasn't that long ago. I had a delayed reaction to anesthesia where my hand was itchy and swelled up (IV went in there) and was like that for a while. I told the dr and it never occured to her that it was the anesthesia (she sent me to get it xrayed!) I figured it out myself. Give it some time ... the body does a great job of healing itself.

What's your self-talk like? If I could hear your thoughts what would I hear?
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

And as far as my self talk goes...Its a fuking mess yeah...
Right now I'm pretty much swiping away all the negative thoughts and ignoring them while at the same time thinking about the gym
Going to go workout fasted and get my head right

Could use more information, but propofol is bad news. After my last surgery my speech was impaired for a bit, as in I couldn't properly form sentences and find the right words for things. Hospital staff acted as if that is no big thing. Scary.

You need to squat heavy weight, I'm talkin 5 sets of 5 and failing on the 5th set
then you need to run like a mile
that shiit always reset me when I was having drug withdrawals
I also understand the last thing you wanna do is squat heavy when you're depressed, but it helps more than anything
also quit caffeine until you feel better

Much appreciated misc, hit the gym for about an hour and definitely feel better, guess my neuros are still recovering
Damn glad you're alright
Its not actually a burning sensation, its like excess adrenaline causing anxiety and I feel it in my stomach and it won't go away
Done
1 mile fasted then heavy barbell split squats + nordic curls
It did help, thanks brah
You know wutsup this is def WD and completely agreed its much better to put yourself through the hell of lifting heavy instead of just sitting around not moving being tortured
Anything is possible at this point. The thought crossed my mind when I had to go to hospital in 2021
Mirin no alcohol/drugs/meds crew that's why you feel great so nice work
Thanks brah, CBT is decent I've been utilizing some cbt exercises all day, transcendental mediation seems to work the best for me when I'm in a funk like this
Feels
At least its only 10 mins
Since they put me under
lol
I can't imagine what my head would be like right now if tren was in the mix...Fuk thatJournal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240
